Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a 50% charge of the services booked.
No-shows or no contact will result in a 100% charge of the services booked.
